Sant'Antonio being one of the oldest Monastery and farm property in Montepulciano, our Country Resort is listed by the Beautiful Arts Governing Body therefore rightly preventing any architectural alterations to be carried out.
All our villas, cottages and apartments are consequently totally different in size, shape and layout from one another, each one is unique.
Nevertheless we guarantee your stay with us to be as peaceful, comfortable and memorable as possible, providing you with the following services.
● For your comfort, all our personalised bed linen and towels are made from the highest quality Egyptian cotton.
● Guaranteeing you a peaceful and comfortable rest; all mattresses in the bedrooms are to EU safety standards and are orthopaedic.
● Most of the furniture is original seventeenth and eighteenth century.
● All units have fireplaces apart from the studio apartments.
● For the hands on holiday chefs, our kitchens are equipped with high quality Italian China & crockery, glass wear and German cutlery. Various barbeque sights are available for "out door" cooking and for those who wish to dine al fresco and admire the vast views of our valleys and lakes.
● All apartments are stocked up with local Avignonesi wines, water, beer and soft drinks.

Our 18 meter swimming pool constructed in travertine, clinker and with an internal Jacuzzi, has been specifically build away from the property allowing those afternoon sleepers to catch the odd hour in total serenity.
At Sant' Antonio Country Resort, for your privacy, we have decided not to take any off street "walk in" bookings and have chosen to refrain from advertising our property or place sign posts on any roads or towns. A simple hand sculptured sign on an old travertine block with the words "SANT'ANTONIO" indicates that you have arrived at your destination.
The hand crafted cast iron gates, at the bottom of a cypress lined brick road is electrically controlled and kept closed. On arrival you will be provided with your own remote control for complete independence of movement and yet keeping our property exclusively private allowing access only to those who have booked and are staying with us.
